Saffron Rose toner is made with a unique alcohol & toxin-free formula with the richness of rose hydrosol extracted from Damascus rose petals and exotic saffron strands which tighten and brighten the skin by maintaining the natural moisture content. The importance of using a toner is to balance the pH level of the skin. Regular usage of toners evens out the skin tone by toning.
